Is the trial really free?

Yes. 14 days of the full Docmano on demo data, with no credit card. The trial ends on its own with no charge.

Does it manage the paper archive or only digital files?

Both. A digital library with folders and versions, a paper archive with warehouses, shelves and barcoded boxes, and one search across the two.

Does it search inside documents?

Yes. Search covers file and folder names and document content, plus the documents registered in the physical archive.

Can a document be destroyed automatically?

No. The system lists what has reached the end of retention for review; destruction happens only through a documented destruction order, and any document can be put on legal hold.

What if I need more storage?

Add 100 GB for 250 EGP per month, or move to the larger plan at any time.

Is the interface in Arabic and English?

Yes. Docmano works in Arabic and English, and you switch language inside the system.
